Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,495 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP36-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Regulation of mitotic nuclear division. Each is linked with RRP36 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP36-to-partner and partner-to-RRP36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by RRP36-low versus RRP36-high in KIDNEY.
