Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,136 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAPH, MAD2L1, and MIS18A. Each is linked with RRP1B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP1B versus NCAPH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
