RRP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, LKB1, and Bak. Each is linked with RRP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by RRP1B-low versus RRP1B-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
