Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,055 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome biogenesis, DNA replication initiation, and rRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with RRP1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1B results are reported.
