RRP1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPINK9, CCL25, and CLEC10A. Each is linked with RRP1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPINK9 grouped by RRP1B-low versus RRP1B-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
