Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,246 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP153, DPH3P2, and MIRLET7G. Each is linked with RRP15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP15-to-partner and partner-to-RRP15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP153 grouped by RRP15-low versus RRP15-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP15→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
