Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRP12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRP12 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RRP12 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RRP12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
