RRP12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRIX1, CWF19L1, and NOLC1. Each is linked with RRP12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP12-to-partner and partner-to-RRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP12 versus BRIX1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
