Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,035 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, TWNK, and CTSG. Each is linked with RRP12 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP12-to-partner and partner-to-RRP12 results are reported.
