Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,029 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are SKA1, ZWINT, and MIR4765. Each is linked with RRP12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP12-to-partner and partner-to-RRP12 results are reported.
