Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and eEF2. Each is linked with RRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP12-to-partner and partner-to-RRP12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182 grouped by RRP12-low versus RRP12-high in STAD.
