RRP12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,049 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP12-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, SBF1, and IFT27. Each is linked with RRP12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP12-to-partner and partner-to-RRP12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by RRP12-low versus RRP12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
