RRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,225 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR4, VRK1, and NKRF. Each is linked with RRP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP1 versus WDR4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
