Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,679 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, ABCA8, and SHE. Each is linked with RRP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP1 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
