Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,261 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA metabolic process, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with RRP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1 results are reported.
