RRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB2A1, HIGD1C, and WFDC8. Each is linked with RRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB2A1 grouped by RRP1-low versus RRP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
