RRN3P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,642 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADPRH, ANKRD44, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with RRN3P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3P2-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRN3P2 versus ADPRH in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
