Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRN3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RRN3P2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RRN3P2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRN3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SKCM show a favorable association.

KIRC, LGG, and KIRP are the cancer types where RRN3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
