RRN3P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1A, CD8A, and SKA1. Each is linked with RRN3P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3P2-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCGR1A grouped by RRN3P2-low versus RRN3P2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
