The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RRN3P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRN3P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and THYM are the cancer types where RRN3P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
