RRM2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,997 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC1, STK3, and NUP133. Each is linked with RRM2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2B-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRM2B versus SMARCC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
