Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,942 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2K, EDA2R, and EZH2. Each is linked with RRM2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2B-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRM2B versus POLR2K in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
