Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with RRM2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2B-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by RRM2B-low versus RRM2B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
