Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRM2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,507 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA synthesis involved in DNA repair, Positive regulation of G0 to G1 transition, and Synaptic vesicle lumen acidification. Each is linked with RRM2B in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2B-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2B results are reported.
