RRM2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRM2B mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,590 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABHD2, ZNF235, and DHX36. Each is linked with RRM2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2B-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ABHD2 grouped by RRM2B-low versus RRM2B-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
