Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRM2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRM2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RRM2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
ACC, UCEC, and COAD are the cancer types where RRM2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
