Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RRM2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RRM2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RRM2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RRM2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RRM2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
