Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,856 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, LMNB2, and SKA1. Each is linked with RRM2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 versus UHRF1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
