Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,372 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, CDKN3, and GINS1. Each is linked with RRM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 versus CENPM in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
