Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 848 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU7-61P, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with RRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by RRM2-low versus RRM2-high in UCEC.
