Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,867 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Negative regulation of cell cycle process, and Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation. Each is linked with RRM2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition grouped by RRM2-low versus RRM2-high in BONE.
