RRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,538 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3162, ATF4P2, and MIR7702. Each is linked with RRM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM1-to-partner and partner-to-RRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3162 grouped by RRM1-low versus RRM1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
