RRM1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, c-Met_pY1235, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with RRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM1-to-partner and partner-to-RRM1 results are reported.
