Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,145 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Regulation of nuclear division, and Negative regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with RRM1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM1-to-partner and partner-to-RRM1 results are reported.
