RRH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6806, DEFB123, and RN7SL845P. Each is linked with RRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRH-to-partner and partner-to-RRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6806 grouped by RRH-low versus RRH-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
