RRH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRH-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RRH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRH-to-partner and partner-to-RRH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by RRH-low versus RRH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRH→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
