RREB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RREB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,459 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RREB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF4B_S294, OCIAD1_S108, and LRBA. Each is linked with RREB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RREB1-to-partner and partner-to-RREB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RREB1 versus PRPF4B_S294 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
