Across TCGA cell cohorts, RREB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,400 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RREB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Copper ion export, and Oocyte growth. Each is linked with RREB1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RREB1-to-partner and partner-to-RREB1 results are reported.
