RREB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RREB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 711 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTI2, OR1L6, and H1-1. Each is linked with RREB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RREB1-to-partner and partner-to-RREB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TTI2 grouped by RREB1-low versus RREB1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
