RRAS2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,048 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRABP2, AKAP12_S1295, and SCRN2. Each is linked with RRAS2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS2P1-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAS2P1 versus CRABP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
