RRAS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,726 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRAS2_S186, EIF4G2, and RBMS2. Each is linked with RRAS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAS2 versus RRAS2_S186 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
