Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,348 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPF, KIF11, and NUF2. Each is linked with RRAS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAS2 versus CENPF in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
