Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-756P, SNORD114-18, and RNA5SP252. Each is linked with RRAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-756P grouped by RRAS2-low versus RRAS2-high in BLCA.
