RRAS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, p62 Lck ligand, and p70-S6K. Each is linked with RRAS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS2-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40 grouped by RRAS2-low versus RRAS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
