RRAGD

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,970 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNTNAP3P2, RPS6KA5, and RNU6-618P. Each is linked with RRAGD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGD-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAGD versus CNTNAP3P2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
