Q-omics provides the consensus-scored KRT18P26 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. KRT18P26 expression is associated with patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, KRT18P26 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, KRT18P26 RNA expression shows 6,657 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight PAAD, COAD, and ESCA as cancer lineages where KRT18P26 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
