Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,404 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP7D1, RASGRP4, and SNX10. Each is linked with RRAGC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGC-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGC results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAGC versus MAP7D1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
