Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRAGC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,939 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle transport along microtubule, Macroautophagy, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with RRAGC in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGC-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGC results are reported.
