RRAGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 851 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, ZNHIT3, and TAF9. Each is linked with RRAGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAGA-to-partner and partner-to-RRAGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 grouped by RRAGA-low versus RRAGA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
