RPUSD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPUSD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,529 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPUSD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2B, MTA1, and NXF1. Each is linked with RPUSD3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPUSD3-to-partner and partner-to-RPUSD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPUSD3 versus TOP2B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPUSD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPUSD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
